New EU Headquarters opening in Germany!
We are very excited to announce that our brand-new European headquarters, based in Germany, has opened this week! We have been working behind the scenes for more than 6 months to set up operations in Europe to better serve our incredible European customers and we are delighted to be able to finally fulfill orders from Europe!

Where do we ship to?
To start, the new German office will offer shipping to all 19 countries in the Euro (€) zone. So if you want a Vault shipped, you are able to order from our new EU-Shop today from any of these countries:
Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.
So for the time being, if you are not in the €-zone but geographically much closer to Germany than the US (e.g. the UK), your order will still go through our US store. We are working to integrate more countries in and around Europe as quickly as we can.
What can I expect?
The primary advantages to fulfilling customer orders from Germany is that customers in the EU will get quick shipping with no customs fees and local tech support! Your final price at checkout will reflect what you pay and that’s it. Shipping to Europe is free and we are going to soon add expedited shipping options as well.
With Protectli tech support on the ground in Germany you will also start receiving local tech support in European time zones. Our staff in Germany work closely with the team in the US to deliver the same world-class support experience you are used to from Protectli.
