We appreciate your patience – it took a bit longer than expected, but we wanted to deliver these exciting Vault-specific features.

New Features for the VP6600 Series

With this release, we have incorporated new Vault VP6600 series-specific features including:

• Adjustable number of Efficient-cores (E-cores)
• Adjustable number of Performance-cores (P-cores)
• Toggleable hyper-threading

Allowing the adjustment of E-cores on the VP6600 series coreboot can streamline the installation process of ESXi hypervisor without additional workarounds.

Our team also has plans to continue bringing more of these tailored new features to coreboot in the future.

How to Flash Your BIOS to coreboot
