Announcement: New AMI updates released.

Protectli officially released updates for AMI on the VP2420, VP4630, VP4650, VP4670.

The VP2420 AMI release fixes an issue regarding the network ports and WiFi settings in the BIOS. When WiFi was set to ‘Disabled’, network port 4 was brought down. This issue is resolved with the release of AMI BIOS v1.02 for the VP2420.

The VP4600 series AMI release fixes an issue regarding CMS UEFI network. When the power plug is pulled while the network is set to UEFI in CMS settings, the UEFI network will not be brought up.

This issue is resolved with the release of AMI BIOS CML6A 2.40 for the VP4630 and VP4650. For VP4670, the release of AMI BIOS is CMUL6 2.10.
