SECTION 20 – LTE SERVICE INFORMATION

If one of the products purchased is an LTE service, LTE Service Information is applicable.By accepting this Agreement, the user/cardholder agrees to the following:

• LTE Service Fees consist of a monthly service fee and additional fees for usage above the base service level
• The initial LTE Service fee is prorated for the first month, beginning 3 days after the date of purchase
• After the initial month, LTE Service is billed on the first day of each month
• The monthly service fee is charged in advance
• Additional usage fees above the base service from the previous month are charged in arrears
• The cardholder is solely responsible for data usage above the base service, including unintended or excessive data usage.
• The Credit Card will be billed for the LTE Service selected
• The Credit Card will be used to pay for monthly recurring Service Fees
• The Credit Card will be used to pay for any applicable taxes as required by law
• The cardholder is responsible for any finance or interest charges assessed by the credit card provider
• The cardholder is responsible for notifying Protectli for any changes to the credit card, such as expiration date
• The cardholder is responsible for any loss or theft of an LTE Service device and must notify Protectli to avoid charges
• Protectli contracts with third party cellular service providers and is not liable for any loss of service due to circumstances beyond our control

SECTION 21 – FREE SHIPPING

Free Shipping is available as an option for some domestic orders. Free Shipping typically provides delivery in 2-7 business days. When Free Shipping is selected, Protectli reserves the right to choose the domestic carrier and shipping method. If the customer requires a specific carrier or shipping service, then they must select the desired carrier and shipping service.
